Discover the heart and heritage of Cantina Provolo with our Classic Experience – a guided tour through our century-old winery that will take you deep into the soul of our winemaking tradition. Learn about the key stages of vinification and explore the methods rooted in the winemaking legacy of Verona.
The tour includes exclusive access to our historical wine archive, where you’ll find a rare collection of labels dating back over a hundred years, a true testament to our long-standing dedication to excellence. Following the tour, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of four iconic wines from the Verona region.
The tasting includes:
- SOAVE
- VALPOLICELLA
- CAMPOTORBIAN, Valpolicella Ripasso
- AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA
The tasting is accompanied by crunchy rustic breadsticks and a selection of traditional cured meats and local cheeses, thoughtfully curated to complement each wine.
The experience lasts approximately one and a half hours and costs €35 per person. Tours are available from Monday to Friday, with two daily sessions at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and on Saturdays at 10:00 AM.
