Obtained from grapes selected during vintage and subsequently raising for 4 months. It is aged in oak barrels for approximately 48 mesi.
Amarone is an exaltation of the senses.
It has a ruby red colour, which tends towards garnet when ageing; the nose highlights fragrances of spicies red fruit.
It is a full-bodied wine with an unmistakable flavour due to its interplay of contrasts: dry and austere, soft and velvety.

Serving suggestions

Amarone is ideal as an accompaniment to roast meat, game and mature cheese. It is a perfect match for sweet-sour flavours and with cuisine
from Asia and the Middle-East.
It should also be tried sipped outside mealtimes.
Uncork at least an hour before serving at a recommended temperature of 18° C.

CAMPOTORBIAN

This is a full-bodied wine with a garnet colour, which highlights rich ruby tones. The fragrance is slightly spicy with hints of cherry and ripe red fruit, the flavour is balanced, dry and velvety.
It is obtained from a late vintage and is subsequently subjected to the traditional “ripasso” technique. The result is a higher alcoholic content, greater structure and a velvety robustness.
After ageing for 24 months in oak barrels, it is then aged in the bottle for six months.

 Serving suggestions

Ideal as an accompaniment to stews, braised meat, roasts and game.
Uncork at least an hour before serving at a recommended temperature of 18° C.

This wine is obtained from the expert vinification of garganega grapes harvested at the end of October.
The colour is bright straw-yellow, the fragrance is delicate with fruity hints of pineapple and peach, the bouquet is velvety, balanced and full-bodied.
 

Serving suggestions

Excellent as an aperitif, it is an ideal accompaniment to light starters, soups and fish dishes.
Recommended serving temperature: 8 -10 ° C

This wine is produced using grapes subjected to a long raisining process in naturally-aired rooms.
It is a well-structured wine with an intense violet colour and a spicy bouquet with an accentuated hint of dried fruit. To the taste it gives fragrances of sweet succulent fruit with a perfect balance between tannins and acidity.


Serving suggestions

This wine is traditionally an accompaniment to dry desserts, but also to tender cheeses.
Excellent outside mealtimes as a wine for meditation.
Uncork at least an hour before serving at a recommended temperature of 16° C

A combination of all the experience of the winemaker and the best of the company’s production.
Produced using selected grapes destined for Amarone, aged for 70 months in small oak barrels and subsequently in the bottle.
It has unique characteristics with fragrances and hints of liquorice, spices and ripe fruit.

An ideal accompaniment to mature cheeses.
Serve at the end of a meal.

This wine is characterised by a subtle vinous fragrance which recalls cherry.
It has a bright ruby red colour, balanced acidity and the right level of tannins.
It should be drunk young. It is aged in the bottle for a short time to complete its phase of evolution and so its fragrance can be savoured.

It easily lends itself to all Mediterranean dishes, in particular pasta and white meat.
