\n<\/strong><\/em>Warm straw yellow in color with very fine and persistent perlage with delicate aromas of white fruit and citrus with a slight final note of custard. In the mouth lively, structured and harmonious long on the finish. It goes well with seafood and shellfish dishes but also as an aperitif and aged cheeses. Excellent with delicately flavored dishes such as salmon and raw meat.<\/p>\n
