Wine tasting in Mezzane, Verona, in the area of the Valpolicella DOC and Soave DOC.<\/strong><\/p>\n The\u00a0Natura Experience<\/strong>\u00a0invites you to explore and compare wines from our \u201cGadoi\u201d natural, sulfite-free line alongside those crafted using traditional organic methods. This journey begins with a guided tour of the historic Cantina Provolo, where you\u2019ll gain an in-depth understanding of the core of our production, including key vinification processes and traditional Veronese techniques, as well as the unique practices behind our 100% natural, sulfite-free wines.<\/p>\n Have you heard of our Gadoi line? Our goal was to create a wine that truly reflects the authentic expression of the terroir. To achieve this, we limit human intervention and let nature take its course. The name \u201cGad\u00f2i,\u201d meaning iris flowers in the Veronese dialect, refers to the abundant irises growing along the edges of our vineyards. These plants share many traits with the vines, including their resilience to both drought and heavy rain. Gadoi is more than just a wine line\u2014it\u2019s a distinct philosophy of winemaking.<\/p>\n The tasting includes:<\/p>\n Your tasting experience will be complemented by crunchy rustic breadsticks, with the option to add a curated selection of local cured meats and cheeses for an additional cost.<\/p>\n The experience lasts approximately\u00a0one and a half hours<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0costs \u20ac30 per person<\/strong>.
