This experience begins with a guided tour of the historic Cantina Provolo, offering an in-depth look into the very heart of our production. You’ll explore the key vinification processes and traditional winemaking methods that define Veronese heritage.
Exclusive access to Cantina Provolo’s historic archive is also included, where you can admire rare labels dating back over a century.
The tour culminates in a tasting of three Amarone vintages, thoughtfully selected to showcase the remarkable evolution and diverse facets of this prestigious wine across different years.
The tasting includes:
- AMARONE, 2009 vintage
- AMARONE, 2010 vintage
- AMARONE, 2011 vintage
This niche tasting experience offers a true immersion into Veronese tradition and is complemented by crunchy rustic breadsticks alongside a selection of fresh and aged local cheeses.
The experience lasts approximately two hours and costs €70 per person. Tours are available from Monday to Friday, with two daily sessions at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and on Saturdays at 10:00 AM.
