The Vitigni Autoctoni Experience offers a guided tour through the historic Cantina Provolo, providing you with a deep insight into the very heart of our production. Discover the main vinification processes and traditional winemaking techniques that have been perfected over generations in Verona.
You will also have exclusive access to Cantina Provolo’s historic archive, showcasing rare labels that span over a century—true treasures of our heritage.
This refined and exclusive experience is dedicated to exploring the centuries-old history of Azienda Provolo, with a special focus on our prized native grape varieties and the unique internal winemaking process. The tour concludes with a tasting of a carefully curated selection of five exceptional wines, designed for enthusiasts seeking rare and outstanding expressions.

This niche tasting experience offers a true immersion into Veronese tradition and is complemented by crunchy rustic breadsticks alongside a selection of fresh and aged local cheeses.
The experience lasts approximately two hours and costs €50 per person. Tours are available from Monday to Friday, with two daily sessions at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and on Saturdays at 10:00 AM.
