Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of Cantina Provolo with our Wood Experience, a guided tour through our century-old winery that unveils the very essence of our production. Discover the core vinification processes and authentic winemaking methods that have shaped the heritage of Verona.
You will also gain exclusive access to our historic wine archive, featuring rare and precious labels that celebrate over a hundred years of winemaking excellence. The tour culminates with a tasting of four magnificent wines, all aged in wood and crafted through a carefully managed, lengthy production process. This tasting is ideal for those who savor bold, full-bodied wines with pronounced intensity.
The tasting includes:
- TUJA, Garganega Veronese
- GINO, Rosso Veneto
- CAMPOTORBIAN, Valpolicella Ripasso
- AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA
Your tasting experience will be complemented by crunchy rustic breadsticks, with the option to add a curated selection of local cured meats and cheeses for an additional cost.
The experience lasts approximately one and a half hours and costs €30 per person. Tours are available from Monday to Friday, with two daily sessions at 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and on Saturdays at 10:00 AM.
